HydroTel Web Client - Internet Explorer Security Settings

To download, view and run the HydroTel Web Client you may need to configure your web browser security settings. You will only need to do this once. The required settings are outlined below:

1. Select the Tools menu and then choose Internet Options from the drop down list.
   
2. Select the Security tab and then click the Custom Level button.
   
3. Set the following options to 'Prompt' (recommended) or 'Enable' (less security):
   
   - Download unsigned activeX controls.
   - Initialise and script activeX controls not marked as safe.
   - Run activeX controls and plugins.
   - Active scripting.
   
4. Once you have configured these security settings, click OK twice to return to your web browser.
   
5. Now return to the Web Client window.  Hold down the Control button on the keyboard and press F5. This will force the browser to reload the page.
   
6. Answer 'Yes' to any prompts that appear.
   
7. Close this window.
